Recently LIPSG partner and former practice president Dr. Roger L. Simpson lectured to a select group of roughly 150 surgeons from Africa and South Asia via Zoom to discuss the latest clinical approaches to burn scar contractions.
The free webinar was offered through Touching Hands and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. This organization provides life-changing hand surgeries, rehabilitation, and medical training in many of the world’s most underserved communities. Their free webinars have helped medical professionals to continue connecting and training remotely amid the pandemic.
This was a wonderful opportunity for Dr. Simpson to connect and share his expertise with the world.
